We were facing issues with getting responses to our traditional surveys (mostly software reviews). We were looking to use Gen AI to enhance user experience so that they we can have more user responses. ChattySurvey did exactly that. It provided a personal touch to each and every user that was filling up the form, making the survey engaging more than ever. A simple survey can be easily created within 1-2 minutes which is great for a start into the tool.
