Easy to use subscription anaytics tool for SaaS
I like that I can effortlessly create reports and save them either publically or privately. Also it's great that the app promotes education with its tooltips. Oftentimes if a new teammate is new to SaaS, one of the tasks we give to them is to discover Chartmogul and learn metrics/reports we track there.

When looking for a new solution for our revenue data Chartmogul gave us the flexibility to re-categorize MRR changes that fit with our business model of contraction vs churn, and churn > reactivation vs Expansion. Other tools we have used and tested did not give us that flexibility, leading to a lot of manual reporting outside of the system.
