When we moved to Chargezoom from another payment terminal, there were a few bumps in the process because we do billing payments differently from most merchants, and there was a learning curve. Chargezoom’s dashboard made the integration so much easier. I was unsure about using the chat feature to contact customer support, but they are responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable (shout out to Kirsten; she’s amazing!).

When I decided to leave QuickBooks, I needed a program to use for invoicing. Someone I was dealing with recommended Chargezoom which I decided to use. In reviewing how they handled invoices, it met most of the criteria that I needed to do it successfully. But as I use their program, I found a few inefficiencies that made my life more difficult. I began a dialogue with the customer service people to make it easier to use, and they listened. Previously, suggestions with another accounting program were ignored. With their software being accessed through your browser, it could not get any easier getting into your account and getting your invoice setup. Even though I only use Chargezoom on a monthly basis It has taken a good deal of time for my suggestions on making improvements to make using their program easier, they still listen and in some cases make the suggested changes. The Most effective element is that when I invoice it is integrated into my actual accounting program, so the invoices are marked as paid and moved to the accounting program. When I was first getting started with them, they were very good about quickly answering any questions I had as I attempted to implement their system and integrate it into mine.

It works seamlessly with Quickbooks Online. It is VERY easy to use. It gives customers the option to pay ACH or CC... with CC we have it setup that they incur the fees. Of course, we also still accept checks. Customer service has been very helpful when I have had issues.
