The most helpful thing about CETEC is the company team / CETEC staff. They have happy to answer our countless questions and pull in the best resources when a question is posed outside their area of expertise. I appreciate their adoption of tablet workflows which tends to be lacking elsewhere in the industry.

I like the barcoding feature that Cetec ERP offers, which significantly enhances our operations by providing a functionality that we did not have before. This barcoding capability is particularly beneficial for inventory purposes, making inventory management much more effective and streamlined for our business. Additionally, I value the technical support provided by Cetec ERP and the educational classes they offer. These classes are expected to be conducted every two years, which is a great opportunity for my team and me to enhance our expertise in using this new system. I appreciate that I can bring more people from my company to these classes to learn more, becoming even more proficient and maximizing the system’s potential for our operations.
