Cetec features a modern user interface and operates entirely as a web-based platform, which provides the flexibility to work from home or directly on the production floor for material input tasks. The support team is highly responsive. We chose a hybrid approach for implementation, combining self-guided steps with assistance from Cetec, and managed to go live in just two and a half months with minimal issues. This is the fourth ERP system I have used during my ten years with my current company, and it stands out as the most agile and comprehensive. Using its key features daily has significantly streamlined our manufacturing and sales processes. Additionally, their extensive API library made integrating with our external platforms nearly effortless.
