Trillian: A great way to stay in touch with all Staff.
Most helpful with keeping in touch with all staff members within several work properties. Their app is also very easy to use, and invaluable in keeping in touch while away from work.

Our go to instant messaging app
What we love about trillian is it's availability on multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. This allows us to access our accounts across various devices seamlessly. Our chat histories are always synced no matter what plaform do we access it from and that's some mind blowing consistency. Also we can have personalised themes and chat backgrounds which helps with personal customization, some extra points for that.

Easy-to-use instant messaging for business as well individuals.
Trillian helps with instant messaging in healthcare, other businesses and individuals. Though we have taken up pro membership, there are free messaging services too provided by them. They have an amazing option for private chats as well as creating channels for our team. Works great when you have to work with your team. Adding contacts is pretty easy as well. Overall an easy going tool helping connect people well.
