Serves it's primary purpose fairly well.
It's fairly easy to message people once they've been added as a favorite. I also appreciate that there is an app where I can easily access it by phone when I am in transit. Overall all it's just ok. It's very basic. Zero bells and whistles, but it provides a way to communicate that is quicker than email. In that regard it meets expectations.

Trillian: A great way to stay in touch with all Staff.
Most helpful with keeping in touch with all staff members within several work properties. Their app is also very easy to use, and invaluable in keeping in touch while away from work.

Our go to instant messaging app
What we love about trillian is it's availability on multiple platforms including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. This allows us to access our accounts across various devices seamlessly. Our chat histories are always synced no matter what platform we access it from and that's some mind blowing consistency. Also we can have personalised themes and chat backgrounds which helps with personal customization, some extra points for that.
