I love how customizable it is—we need (and have) a lot of custom fields and screens, and it handles that really well.

I love that you can customize workflows relatively easily and make it work for you. Of course, there can always be improvement, but I know that Centerbase is working on those things as I have been part of the evaluators to look at what they're thinking about doing.
