I like the workflow editor integrated into Labguru. There is a bit of a learning curve to learning how to use workflows, but once understood, it is easy to automate tasks within the ELN. The organization of the ELN makes sense - I enjoy how collections are structured and how easy it is to filter these collections to find data of interest. Customer support is response, helpful, and friendly. I quickly get support with questions I have about website usage or programming workflows.
