Billing tools and reports that make RPM and RTM claims painless

I handle the billing, and CCN Health makes my job so much easier. The RPM and RTM reports show exactly which patients hit their thresholds each month with the time logs and readings to back every claim, so I am not chasing documentation. And the customer service is the best I have dealt with: real people who understand billing, answer fast, and stay on it until it is resolved.

It runs our remote monitoring program end to end inside PointClickCare: devices, readings, alerts, and the documentation we need for billing. Our nurses save time every shift, and whenever we have a question the support team resolves it right away. It has made the whole program feel effortless.
