I love Cause IQ because it is easy to navigate, gets me important data quickly and the depth of data is tremendous. Love the canned Excel export reports w funder giving history. I spend less time searching and more time finding the nuggets I need. The options for searching are many and complete. I have used all the other major foundation search tools, and I like Cause IQ the best. Frankly, I advised a client to leave another service for CIQ, because the value is greater with CIQ. I also find their customer-facing team to be very accessible, friendly and responsive.
