Castr was the least expensive solution that we could find, and it works great. No issues with lags, or performance issues at all. We have used the service for several years with no reason to look elsewhere as it just "works." They constantly seem to improve it and add features as well - like direct streaming to our website as well as to facebook and youtube. Their support has always responded very wuickly and answered any questions we had.
