I would say the connectivity of all of the different aspects of fund administration. That includes closing LPs, managing LP commitments, capital calls, accounting, LP communication, etc. The platform itself is probably the best I've seen. While this is new and I'm still figuring out the best use cases, I also like that they've included an integration into Claude to help pull data and use for day-to-day research/analysis.

It also helps that most companies we interact with are using Carta, so collecting and memorializing stock certificates is seamless.
