Very quick responses to any questions - extremely easy to work with. Software functions as desired with continuous updates and upgrades. Everything we need for back office in one place.

I would say the connectivity of all of the different aspects of fund administration. That includes closing LPs, managing LP commitments, capital calls, accounting, LP communication, etc. The platform itself is probably the best I've seen. While this is new and I'm still figuring out the best use cases, I also like that they've included an integration into Claude to help pull data and use for day-to-day research/analysis.
