Rainmail also provides easy indexing of mails. We have also enabled security certificates that help us improve mail management security too.

Not the best solution for any electronic mailing server
There is not a lot to mention about when it comes to using Rainmail. It has nearly all the features one would require in a mailing server like create mails, signatures, folder hierarchies etc. but not a lot of them are fully usable and intuitive.
