It's reassuring to have someone knowledgeable available to answer my questions and clarify any confusion, especially since resources like Google and chatgpt aren't always dependable. The system itself is very user-friendly. I find the platform easy to navigate, and what I appreciate most is the availability of templates, so I don't have to start everything from scratch. The dashboards are also excellent; being able to track my progress allows me to keep the leadership team informed with accurate, up-to-date information on how much we've accomplished.
