I value the amount of data I have daily, from who is visiting our site to who is most likely to apply or enroll and the steps that show their intent to move forward. I can focus on students with intent instead of digging through notes, see what they are interested in on our website and how they engage with emails and texts, and tailor communication in a meaningful way. Copilot lets me engage students through email and text. The platform, search, and marketing services are significant in how I operate and achieve goals throughout the year. The biggest thing is the team—they feel like part of our team, invest in our success, and are very collaborative, insightful, and engaged week to week. I also value the support with identifying students through search and list buys, coordinating those efforts, and curating lists of students and schools. I am excited about continuing to create relationships through the platform and identifying the right type and timing of communication for students.
