There are various text analysis tools out there but what sold us about Canvs was its conversational ASA interface that summarises key themes and can be used to ask specific questions. It quickly assigns relevant codes to verbatims and enables us to quantify spontaneous qualitative sentiments with robust data. We had specific refinements to the coding framework to customise it to our needs and the team were on hand to guide us through that process. Our account team at Canvs are extrmely knowledgeable and always on hand to answer questions. We had some technical issues uploading large volumes of tracker data but they took this on and helped us find a solution. There are other use cases which we've yet to try but look useful, like analysing qual transcripts and social pages. The platform continues to evolve with new and improved functionalities and the team are always taking on feedback on how it could be better.
