What I like best about Campfire is Ember and the ability to use AI agents to complete routine accounting tasks. It saves time by handling repetitive work, allowing me to focus on reviewing results and investigating exceptions instead of spending hours on manual processes.
I also appreciate that Campfire has native integrations with many of the systems we already use, so we don't have to rely on multiple third-party connectors. Having our accounting and operational data flow into one platform has made our close process more efficient and reduced manual data imports and reconciliations.
Beyond the product itself, the Campfire team has been outstanding. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in customer feedback. Questions are answered quickly, feature requests are taken seriously, and you can tell they're continuously improving the platform based on real customer needs. That level of support has made implementing and using the system much smoother than I've experienced with other ERP providers.
They’re constantly iterating and shipping new accounting modules, improving their AI agent, and building out additional integrations with our accounting tools.
Campfire provides modern accounting software to mid-size tech companies and is flexible enough for any business model such as transactions, usage, milestone/project and subscription. Tech companies such as Sprig and Mojo have migrated out of spreadsheets and into Campfire to automate their revenue accounting, reporting and invoicing. The Company is based in San Francisco and is backed by Foundation Capital, Twenty Two Ventures and Y Combinator.
