CallNote is Australian software that writes the file note after every client call or meeting, in your firm's own format.
It works from the transcript your systems already make. Connect Aircall, Dialpad or Microsoft Teams and the note is waiting after each call. You can also paste or upload a transcript (Zoom, Google Meet), forward it by email, or dictate a voice memo after an in-person meeting. CallNote never records calls, never joins meetings as a bot and never stores call audio.
Paste one of your own past notes and CallNote builds a template with your headings, your order and your shorthand. Nothing about the client is kept. Improve with AI sharpens the wording.
Every note is reviewed before it is published. Publishing seals the note with a timestamp and checksum, locks it, and sends it to the client's record in HubSpot, Clio or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Amendments are append-only and every action is in the audit log. Notes can also go to Slack, Notion or Zapier, or be exported as PDF.
Built for mortgage brokers, financial advisers and law firms who have to keep file notes. Data is hosted in Sydney and never used to train AI.
Pricing: Solo $149 AUD a month, Team $99 AUD per seat a month. 14-day free trial, no card required.
