The team at Caddie AI was very transparent and prompt with their process. We appreciated their professionalism and communication throughout the entire process of sourcing a new hire. They took the headache out of recruiting a new candidate, along with the time required to source new hires. They were very diligent throughout and made sure our needs were being met, often touching base to re-evaluate and ensure the right candidates were being funnelled through. I love that Caddie reduces the need for us to do a first screening call. Normally we have between 30 and 50 first calls with candidates. Because of Bahia we were able to reduce the first calls to focus on 5 candidates. Was super easy to implement and the customer support is great.
