Overall, what we value most is the availability of languages, although the platform could improve further by leveraging AI to develop more options. Partner support is also good: responsive and solution-oriented.
In terms of UX, as admins we are not very familiar with the learning course experience. That said, we would appreciate a higher percentage of weekly engagement across all the licenses we have.

The most helpful things about Busuu are the autonomy that administrators have in updating the students' list, donwloading custom reports and the support of the Customer Success teams in the performance follow-ups
