What I liked best was how little I had to learn or change on my end. I knew nothing about automation and honestly didn’t even want to try it because it felt completely foreign to me. All I had to do was record a video of myself doing my normal payroll process and talk through the steps, the little rules, the things that annoyed me, and all the details I normally keep in my head. That was especially important because my payroll has so many specific rules that I never felt comfortable handing it off to someone else. Build Simpul was able to learn the process from that, ask me the remaining questions it needed for clarification, and remember those details going forward. I basically had to explain my process once instead of learning a new system or repeatedly explaining how my business works.
