First thing is: it is hassle-free setup. No credit card required to try the features. Once the setup is done, it is very easy to create projects and assign users. It is a one page application where all the menus are available horizontally. It is very easy to learn the end-to-end process. Everything can be customized. Excellent for newbies. Video tutorials are available. Excellent knowledge base is available. Easy to administer the workflows. Everything is self illustrative and quick to learn. Excellent performance with no lagging. Overall: Quick and Easy Setup. Fulfills all the needs. Excellent tool to manage the projects.
