DLAN is a very user-friendly intuitive program which supports the emergency management information management goals of my workplace. DLAN's modules have a Microsoft Office-like sense to them which greatly accelerates the use of the program by new staff

great incident management tool

It is a tool to send reports of damage to roads, highways and structures (buildings) from a cell phone, it can also be used to obtain information about occupants, damage to infrastructure and road conditions. The estimated costs of damages and displaced persons can be related / tagged with a structure with a simple form It has some very useful features such as: - Create assessments of roads and structures -Attach photos/pics -Look/determine map locations -The mobile nature of DLAN also allows the to connect Operations Centre immediately to a team of field officers across the province through any device with internet connectivity -Send estimated costs -Submit over WiFi or Cellular
