Flexible Time Tracking with Helpful Support, but Limited Payroll Reporting

I like that Buddy Punch works as a standalone time-tracking system, separate from our payroll system. The customer interface is good, and I find it handy that the system can distinguish between employee positions. In our unionized environment, one employee can have multiple positions, and I can select the positions they’re assigned to for that pay period and track time for direct face-to-face or indirect service. I like being able to access help by email during the working day or use chat to talk to customer service. The standard work-time and paid-time-off features work for us, with enough categories to choose from and the option to add my own PTO type. I also like that timesheets route to a supervisor for approval, and the interface is nice. The initial setup wasn’t hard.
