Great user / admin experience
I like the design and easy navigation; I like the "ecommerce" feel to it from the user experience. It's nice to be able to have that option, for the user to select their benefits and immediately see the cost per paycheck in the "shopping cart". Client support from bswift has been very professional and easy to reach.

Easy Employee Experience
The system is easy to use and looks nice and clean and user-friendly for employees. Employees rarely have questions about the system while working their way through enrollments. This saves us a lot of time and energy - especially with an HR group of just 2!
