I love how Brushfire makes it easy to configure and build forms, and the ability to duplicate them for events that repeat each year is fantastic. The quick customer response is something I really appreciate, along with having access to a vast library of resources that helps me make the best use of the tool. The forms are super easy to create, and the SmartForm feature is great for dynamically displaying questions based on previous responses, which makes the forms less cumbersome. I switched from Red Fox to Brushfire because form creation is more straightforward and the reports are quicker. Given my prior experience with Brushfire, the initial setup was easy, and I'm very likely to recommend it to others, as I'd rate it a 10 out of 10.
