Amazing onboarding, Missing Key Features, Horrible support and website editor
The organization and stages made a ton of sense to me. It's fairly self explanatory on the CRM side of things but every "All-in-one" platform comes with many flaws.
Onboarding was phenominal. Very attentive and helpful but once I was fully onboarded, I couldn't get a response from support.
