I really like that everything our families need is in this one app, making brightwheel user-friendly and easy to find solutions. If there's data we wish to look at, a quick search provides what we need. Even when families have issues, a quick search allows us to provide the answer. Even those who are not so tech-savvy have been able to use Brightwheel without problems. I also appreciate that Brightwheel offers a better payment option for families compared to the other product we tried. The initial setup was extremely easy, which was a big plus for our daycare center.

I also love how it simplifies billing, as parents can see their charges instantaneously. The ability to take in paperwork and do everything on one platform is incredibly convenient. Additionally, the setup was very easy, which made transitioning to brightwheel seamless. It's helpful that we can manage attendance by classroom, giving us clear visibility into student presence.
