I love the integrations of KinderConnect and have recently discovered I can integrate my Food Program as well. This makes everything seamless and cuts down on having to sign in and use multiple different programs. I also love how easy it is for myself and my staff to communicate with parents and keep them up to date on the daily activities of their children!! The app is very user friendly and quick to learn and we have never had any issues with how the program or the app handles. If you need help or customer support, they have a very convenient chat feature built in and it easily points you in the right direction but in my experience, calling is just as easy. Everyone has always been extremely friendly and eager to help when I have had an issue or question!

We have found that Brightwheel is much more user friendly than the previous program we used. The support we get from Brightwheel anytime we have a question is incredible.

What I like best about brightwheel is having so many important childcare management tools in one place. It makes communication with families, billing, attendance, staff management, and professional development much easier to organize. I especially appreciate how user friendly it is for both administrators and families and how it helps streamline our day-to-day operations across multiple centers.
