The overall email marketing tool is decent enough to be a low cost option while starting with a small venture, and it is intuitive enough to learn quickly. The drag and drop is good enough to build emails within the platform (pretty standard by now), and the CRM integration is ok, manages to work without breaking, and even allows for some customization through the attributes option. The only good use of AI within the tool is automating the ideal send time depending on each recipient.

Data import and export tools matter to me because I regularly import contacts into different mailing lists, and I need that process to be straightforward and reliable. Brevo’s API access is also a major advantage. I use n8n extensively, and connecting Brevo to automated workflows is seamless and takes very little time. Accessing campaign reports and analytics through the API is equally straightforward, which makes it easy to integrate Brevo data into broader reporting and automation workflows. I also use Brevo weekly and help several clients use the platform more efficiently, from simple automations such as abandoned cart reminders to designing, building, and delivering weekly newsletters.

I like that it’s simple to use and easy to navigate, with a straightforward layout that makes finding what I need quick and hassle-free. The AI also perfectly described what I was needing.
