BrandShield's Takedown Accuracy Sets the Bar High
I like the takedown services offered by BrandShield. The accuracy and success rate of these services are probably one of the best in the industry. It's commendable how they follow up with different bodies like legislators or domain registrars until the offending website or domain goes down. The onboarding process has always been fairly easy because BrandShield offers a dedicated account manager. I also appreciate the recent addition of dark web visibility in their consoles, which has been a frequently requested feature by our customers.

The dashboard provides a clear, easy-to-read summary of all the information included in my subscription. The SOC support team is very helpful whenever I have questions about my hunting or takedown requests. The Threat Hunting team is both competent and proactive, and they consistently keep me updated with current information on enforcement status.

Reliable Brand Protection with a Need for SMS Scam Alert Enhancement
I find BrandShield incredibly intuitive and easy to use. By informing the platform of what is or isn't relevant to us, it learns quickly and better identifies risks. The support team is also very communicative and quick to action any investigations if we find any risks before BrandShield does, which is rare. Setting up BrandShield was very easy thanks to a helpful support rep who took care of much of the heavy lifting, and the onboarding was handled well, providing all the knowledge needed to use the platform effectively.
