Good tool as an orchestrator for our bots
They are very helpful, good tool, the support is great, everything you need is provided quickly and efficiently. Easy to implement and has a lot of features that can be well integrated into any bot.

It is a simple and easy-to-use and implement tool. Unlike most other RPA technologies, Botcity is not low code/no code, which gives us more freedom in what we can develop, without limiting ourselves to actions available in a no code/low code tool. In addition to allowing us to choose between using Javascript, Java and Python, we can use any and all libraries that the programming language has. Its documentation is well structured and complete, it has an orchestrator for automations and allows us to deploy, control the bot version, create tasks and view the bot screen through it. I never had any difficulty using it and I didn't need any support. I used it every day to automate a time-consuming process.

What I like most about Botcity is the ease of developing quality code in a short period of time, where the documentation is very well done and it is not a difficult framework to use. I believe that it should be more recognized and is at the top. I have been working with Botcity for a reasonable amount of time and I notice how they are growing, improving their architecture a lot, along with their UX and products.
