Amazing Customer Service

I am very new to Boston and had an issue come up. I was fortunate enough to have Sashi call me back. He was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I would say his service was Holy Cow Awesome. This was my first interaction with Boston. I am completely blown away. Sasi was great. Everyone should have the privilege of a Sasi experience.
