Bootstrap is an open-source CSS framework that supports mainly all browsers' compatibility. We easily create responsive websites with the use of bootstrap. Bootstrap has a lot of free plugins and templates. With the use of these, we make our websites UI to good or fast.

It's hlepful to have a lot of base systems already figured out and coded. You don't have to start from scratch or think through use cases and pieces that have already been thought out once before. Don't recreate the wheel if you don't have to!
