BOOMPOP FTW!
The text agent is next level! My favorite thing by far is having a travel knowledge base that is not only comprehensive but also adaptive to the needs of the entire group! I love not having to wait for someone to get back to me with all my silly to logistical questions and everything in between. It makes everything so smooth for the total experience when everyone is in sync and can get their questions answered quickly and accurately.
