BookSteam is far more comprehensive and complex than its leading competitors and it offers this elevated level of service at a reasonable price. One best feature about this software is the simplicity. BookSteam has simplified the scheduling of appointments not just for me but for my patients. They appreciate the ease of using the app. Don't even need to be tech savvy to use this software.

Booksteam is very easy to use. Doesn't take much time in understanding how to use the software. Makes it very easy to keep track of all my employees working under me and their appointments. This software has helped me in streamlining my scheduling. The software has a slick interface which makes it very easy to navigate. Reports are also generated automatically so it is easy to track attendance. Othe software like MailChimp can even be synced making my work more easy.

We tried several other online booking systems but finally found the BEST: Booksteam!
We love Booksteam's versatility - customers can search by location, practitioner, class type, etc. And the reports it generates are very helpful in terms of tracking attendance, no-shows, and seeing trends develop over time. Also, I have to give a shout-out to customer support which is second to none. We've had a LOT of questions while setting up the system, and I can honestly say there was not a single time they did not reply quickly and concisely (usually within a 2-hour window; sometimes as quickly as 5 minutes). This is a HUGE step up from the customer support at the two other scheduling services we tried.
