I really like the calendar view in Bookinglayer; it's super easy to categorize things based on locations. It helps me improve my workflow without having to look at a whole calendar. I can pick and choose exactly what I want to see, whether it’s activities in a certain area, which is great for organizing and preparing the team. I also appreciate Bookinglayer's really good support team. Whenever we’re building new activities or packages, or doing something unfamiliar, the help guides and support are quick to respond and open to new ideas, always building on the platform. Since we've been with them, there have been so many good changes. Things we wanted and things we didn’t know we needed have been added. I also like using the packages, activities, and the automatic emails with Bookinglayer. It streamlines our processes well. The flexibility to add our own questions during the booking process, like asking about wetsuit sizes or surf level, is really nice without spending hours. It’s great that we can streamline everything and avoid too much heavy admin work. The platform helps us in streamlining bookings and makes sure people have a good time without us needing to chase for extra information.
