I'll never switch to a different software

Something wonderful has happened and they've created a scheduling system (smart scheduling) that requires ZERO extra effort from the business. This allows the customer to book themselves, reschedule themselves, cancel themselves, and the best part of all is it doesn't double book or over book so once the spots are gone then I don't have to worry about someone booking for a filled time slot and having to call them back to cancel or reschedule.

Being able to have my movers check their jobs on their own profiles is HUGE. Having the capabilities for everyone to have their own logins saves loads of time from answering phone calls or text messages.

I can leave my headaches in the past with this software in place

The provider logins are a god send, I don't have to email or text my movers the day before to remind them of a job or to tell them about a job. They get text and email notifications to let them know they have a new job. They can also log in to their profile at any time to see upcoming jobs, past jobs, or see their payments. This also coincides with the smart scheduling, I don't have to worry about checking the calendar to see if we have jobs for that day and see if they're gonna double book.
