Boardwise is a board management platform built for corporate secretaries and directors at midsize organizations (typically 50 to 5,000 employees). It centralizes the records and workflows that boards produce, including meetings, agendas, board books, minutes, resolutions, compliance declarations, and board communications. Meeting workflows include an agenda builder with attached materials and one click assembly of the full board book into a single PDF for distribution. Documents are stored with retention policies that can be set at the organization, folder, document, or meeting level, with scheduled deletion and access logging. Written consents (resolutions in lieu of a meeting) are signed with passkeys, authenticated by biometrics or a hardware security key, and verified with a SHA-256 integrity digest. Compliance tracking covers conflict of interest declarations, independence questionnaires, and other recurring director attestations. Board communications are kept in a dedicated encrypted channel that sits outside personal email. All activity is recorded in a cryptographic audit log covering document access, login events, and consent activity. Boardwise is available on web, iOS, and Android.
