The user interface and the features that come with Bluwave CRM are somewhat limited. It does require a bit of time for users or those who are less tech savvy to get accustomed to it. Once you do its not smooth sailing.

I like Bluwave CRM because: 1.From any device with an internet connection, staff can access the system anywhere, anytime. 2.You do not need to install any servers or users on your premises. 3. Using the software makes tracking quotes and documents easier.
