While I haven't spent many hours in Gemini's more powerful tools designed for FP&A (scenario planning etc), I have devoted ample time to everyday operational tasks as well as simply navigating org charts and visualizing workgroups or cross-functional teams. The Gemini interface provides a visual layer that should become the gold-standard for any modern HRIS, making it enjoyable for any user within an organization to work with employee data. Aside from the beautiful esthetic and practical navigation, the Gemini team has made it easy to onboard and streamline integrations, getting the product delivering value within a matter of days.
