Intuitive and easy to use. The interface is user-friendly and attractive.

Two things come to mind: first, the tool itself is well designed. I love the ability to search for employees and not scroll through endless pages of a traditional org chart. The ability to quickly move people around is so helpful, and the reports are great. Second, the customer service from the team has been excellent. Any time there is an issue, we need a new feature, or I cannot figure out how to do something, they have promptly helped.

Gemini is a platform that's unlike other org software that I've used. It's easy to navigate and provides org visibility in multiple formats to show exactly what you need to see without doing manual work to see it. The scenario planning tool is incredibly helpful for working on potential org structure changes or movements. We've only received positive feedback from team members that are using the platform. In addition to being a great product, the Gemini team has been fantastic to work with as they welcome feedback and put our needs into action through product enhancements and new features. They ask the right questions, help our team strategize, and are quick to provide solutions.
