They have literally saved our own and our clients' bacon multiple times by catching and shutting down nefarious activity. From clients being clients and clicking where they shouldn't have to a zero day on our own infrastructure the SOC found it and saved the day.

Blackpoint has it together when compared to the rest of my stack. On time reporting, good customer service, active alerts by email, not a lot of fuss. I also like the MDR page by clicking on the MDR link from the Blackpoint dashboard and the fact that they contact us about the quarantine/removal of a baddy AFTER they have already taken care of it.

The speed at which they respond to incidents, often before any reportable activity occurs has saved more clients than I can count.
