Intuitive Platform, Room for Virtual Navigation Improvement
I really like how intuitive the backend of Bizzabo is. There is no coding required, making it very easy to navigate and customize events. It allows for quick setup and easy use throughout the planning process. We can quickly and easily check on registrations, add sessions and speakers, and more. We had great support from our Customer Success Manager throughout the whole onboarding experience, which made the initial setup very easy.

I like how intuitive Bizzabo is. It's super simple to use, and their team is very nice and trains us really well on the platform, which makes it really helpful for learning everything quickly and just running with it. I appreciate knowing that support from both the support team and the account management team is always available, as they reply to us very quickly when we have any issues. This responsiveness really helps us, especially as we onboard more people into the team. I also like their good knowledge base and training videos, which made the initial setup fairly easy.
