AI Features Shine, Setup Could Improve

I find BillingPlatform’s AI features really impressive, especially when I’m building reports and queries or working with workflows. The alert system is very useful as well. I also appreciate how the platform helps me demonstrate workflows and formulas during audits, which makes it easier to create, refine, and maintain more efficient workflows and formulas over time. The UX/UI does seem to be improving, but it still feels like it’s missing a few things. We’re using integration via API, and that has worked really well overall. That said, we do run into issues during maintenance windows when the system is being upgraded. Overall, I’m glad we’re using this system, and it saves us a lot of money on development.

Easy to Use, Reliable Platform with Minimal Downtime

It’s easy to use. Navigating the platform and understanding the tool isn’t a hassle, and I didn’t have to sit through countless user trainings just to get up and running. In my experience, there also hasn’t been much downtime.
