BigSpring is a powerful tool, but not enablement-as-a-service (but it can be mostly self sustaining once a groundswell is adequately built!) To maximize the value of the BigSpring platform, the customer must have their own strategy to drive user engagement with the platform. Equally important, the customer must have a strong engine for producing high quality content frequently.
