BigMarker has been with us for years, starting in 2019. It's always been essential to the development of our webinars, of which we've already hosted around 6,600. It's always functional and effective in resolving issues and providing alternatives so we can fully utilize the platform.

I like that we can track everything our customers are doing within the webinar. It is nice there is a tool to auto mute everyone. I like that once we create the webinar if we have it setup properly our team can run the webinars and we don't have to be there. It does automate a lot of stuff with us like the emails, handouts, etc. I dont have to do as much on the producer side of things like i did when we were on another platform. Once it is setup it is pretty simple to use! We use the product every single month.. some months maybe only 3 webinars and others there are a lot more. Our Customer Success Manager, Aaron is always so quick to respond and help us!! He has been awesome throughout our entire time with Big Marker!! I can email Aaron and he gets back to me so quickly! We love fast service as well as a main person to talk to at a company and not a service team to have to reach out to. The integration was fairly easy... i mean it was a lot of work but once you do it and understand it, it is now way easier for us!

I love the customer service. Very quick response and helpful. I like how customizable the platform is.
