Of everyone I deal with, Big Leaf tech support is ALWAYS first in my mind of a company that will resolve my issue on the first call and within 5 minutes. They don't transfer me to someone smarter, or take down a note and have someone call back within 4 hours. They are always staffed with very knowledgeable support staff at the ready right now. This includes 10pm on a thursday as well as 3am on a Sunday. Their support is impressive in this day and age. In the five years they've been our SDWan provider we've only needed to call them five or six times. They have a great product and they support it amazingly well.
