BidPrime only sends 2 emails a day and I get numerous emails a day from my other bids sites which is very time consuming. BidPrime updates the leads in my account throughout the day which gets me the leads sooner than the other sites. Whenever I'm unable to obtain the bid documents, customer service has gotten them for me promptly.

I also like how easy it is to request bid documents from BidPrime with the click of a button if they aren't available. With most other companies, you have to email the details of the bid you are requesting documents for.
