The marketing suite has genuinely changed how we work. Email marketing turned out to be our highest income generator this season, and being able to see that broken down alongside Instagram and Facebook meant we could actually see which channel was driving results at different points in the season, rather than guessing. The demographic and geographic targeting data has also been really useful for planning where to focus our marketing spend. And having visitor feedback and NPS all in one place means we can track trends properly and reply to comments as they come in, instead of it all being scattered across different places. It's made it much easier to justify the time we put into marketing, because we can finally see the numbers behind it. On top of that, our account manager has been brilliant. We always feel well looked after, and any questions get answered quickly.

Great platform, and even better support behind it We've been using Beyonk at Cefn Mably for general admission, events, and school bookings, and it's made a real difference to how we run things. The reporting is brilliant - I can see footfall, return customer numbers, and NPS scores all in one place, and compare year on year without digging through spreadsheets. We're currently a market leader against the UK farm attraction benchmark for NPS, which we wouldn't have known without this visibility. We also have a partnership with AMG for our marketing, and we can see that Birthday Parties alone have tripled in revenue since we started with them and are tracking properly through the platform. Setting up seasonal events like our Christmas Adventure has also been straightforward, even with different pricing for admission versus add-ons.
